Services
All services require full payment when booking throughout the week. 

Cancellation/No Show
We appreciate a 24 hr notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. You may be subject to forfeiting your deposit for a late cancellation or no show.

Rescheduling
We get it things come up. We are flexible however, keep in mind that we are an appointment based business and reschedules and cancellations affect other clients.

You may reschedule your appointment at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule the same appointment a second time there will be a small rescheduling fee of $25.

Children
We love children…however, this is not the environment for them. Please DO NOT bring children with you to your appointment.

Age Requirement
We are unable to service anyone under 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Pets
We love animals, but unfortunately, we must follow state-board code. Unless you have a registered therapy dog we can’t accept pets inside the spa.
